Frequently asked questions

How is the score calculated?

Your Summit score is calculated from 7 compliance categories: CS management, temperature monitoring, emergency equipment, documentation, incident management, drug orders, and visit compliance. Each category is weighted and scored from live data in TOM Compliance.

What if my score drops?

Scores update every 24 hours. If your score drops below your tier threshold, your badge changes accordingly. This incentivizes consistent daily compliance, not just survey-prep sprints.

Is this available nationwide?

Yes. Summit is available nationwide. Any facility using TOM Compliance can opt in to the leaderboard.

Do I have to be a TOM customer?

Yes. Summit scores are calculated from live TOM Compliance data. There's no way to self-report or manually submit a score.

How does this help my facility?

Referring physicians, insurance networks, and patients can verify your compliance commitment.

Can I remove my facility from the leaderboard?

Yes. You can opt out at any time in Settings. Your score is still calculated for your own use — it just won't appear publicly.
