What's included in the subscription?
Everything — CS logging (sign out, waste, return, receive, transfer), temperature monitoring, emergency cart checks, compliance scoring across 7 categories, 72-hour pharmacist verification, audit trail, incident reporting, PDF compliance reports, and unlimited staff accounts.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Is TOM HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every subscriber and with our infrastructure providers. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings or email jon@tompharmacy.com. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
How long is the free trial?
14 days. A payment method is required at signup but you won't be charged until day 15.
How long do you keep my data?
10 years after account closure, meeting DEA and state pharmacy board record-keeping requirements. You can export your data anytime.
Who pays for TOM?
TOM is billed per facility. Your Consultant Pharmacist may include TOM as part of their consulting services, or your facility can subscribe directly.
Does TOM work offline?
Yes. Staff can log entries without internet. Data syncs when connectivity returns.
What about EMR integration?
EMR and practice management integrations are coming fall 2026. TOM currently works as a standalone platform alongside your existing systems.
